Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dayli AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

What Dayli AI Provides

• Morning Briefings: AI-generated summaries of your emails, calendar events, and important updates

• Voice Interface: Audio briefings and voice-controlled interactions

• Email Management: Intelligent email organization, prioritization, and automated responses

• Calendar Integration: Smart scheduling and meeting preparation assistance

• Personal Assistant Features: Task management and productivity tools

Service Availability

Dayli AI is currently in beta testing. We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

• You must provide accurate and complete information

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Data & Privacy

Your Data

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you provide to Dayli AI

• Processing: You grant us permission to process your data to provide our services

• Privacy: We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy

• Deletion: You can request deletion of your data at any time

Third-Party Integrations

Dayli AI integrates with third-party services (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Subscription & Billing

Beta Access

During the beta period, Dayli AI is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future.

Future Pricing

• We will provide at least 30 days notice before introducing paid plans

• Beta users may receive special pricing or extended free access

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• You can cancel your subscription at any time

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• Dayli AI and all related trademarks are owned by us

• The app, software, and AI models are protected by intellectual property laws

• You receive a limited license to use the service, not ownership

Your Rights

• You retain all rights to your original content and data

• Generated briefings and summaries are provided for your personal use

• You may not redistribute or commercialize our AI-generated content

Disclaimers & Limitations

• Dayli AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations
• Service availability and features may change without notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from your use of Dayli AI is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Your Right to Terminate

• You may delete your account and stop using the service at any time

• Upon termination, we will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy

• Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes

Our Right to Terminate

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice

• We will provide data export options before service discontinuation

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Dayli AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the United Kingdom.
